uhm oh shit this is going to be a lot.. uhm..
two pieces of toast, strawberry banana yogurt, mandarin oranges, egg plant parmesan, corn, a piece of bread, pasta salad, a burger, and corn on the cob lol |

I'm having a fat day so um, bear with me:
some sausage, bacon, apple jacks, chips, garlic bread, a bagel, and i'm probably gonna have some chicken, spaghetti, and broccoli for dinner...and i saw some ice cream in the freezer too. OK, maybe that wasn't as much as i thought it was but i feel like i've been eating all day |

breakfast: whole grain bagel with 2 egg whites and 1 full egg with bell peppers and swiss cheese. banana.
lunch: veggie sandwich (lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, hummus, and feta) on wheat bread. yogurt and granola. dinner: black beans, tomatoes, and corn over white rice. broccoli. |

yoplait light yogurt - cherry, banana, silk - vanilla soy milk
healthy choice cafe steamers - grilled chicken marinara, smart water days end (later)- whey shake with banana w/ silk snacks throughout the day- avocato w/ hot sauce, turkey slice, nature sweet mini yellow tomatoes and.....lots of water throughout the day |

^Well, sometimes we just need junk like that. I'm thinking about Burger King for lunch tomorrow. lol

2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast, oj, a burger and a brat, 2 granola bars, 2 beers, gatorade, and dinner is soon to come.
Can't wait to have a feast with my roommates tomorrow as it's the last night before school starts. |
