speak up, don't wear blackish stuff, and well, just luck as well. I was able to land a job as impact, since that's what I applied as for my last 2 previous tries.
Yea I figure I try again, College uses up alot of my money lol.

I work at Hollister in Wheaton, MD. Our shrink rate is like off the charts, due to our own people stealing and people in the area stealing. I just started working this week and had to "adapate" the store. Like change everything around, took down and redid 7 walls and a few tables in two days. Not that bad I guess. I'm a brand rep too btw.

I was always under the impression that rearranging things was the job of impact... well i guess there isn't a huge difference between the two cause our impact people are always working the floor anyways.

It is a crappy mall, but you're kinda stuck cause the only other HCo in the area is Valley Fair, which is kinda far. There might be one in East Bay somewhere, not sure.

155 at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton, the smallest HCO in the area, but they are up to standard+move a lot of stuff
198 at Sun Valley Mall in Concord, I work there.

man, my stock lead is from 335, but out store is a different world this his former one! I haven't visited any other stores than Stoneridge and Solano. I passed by the one at The Block in Orange when it was still being built. It looked like a big one too!

Yeah I heard your guys shrink rate was really high. I work @ 460 in Frederick, MD, had to go up to Wheaton when we first opened to pick up sensor pins, I think the boss' name was Julian. Yeah our shrink rate is at 3.5% so our manager has the loss prevention video playing 24/7 in the stock room, so stupid.

Anyways I'm officially impact, but it seems like I work girl's 1 or register too much to really be impact.
