Might be too soon, but how did the surgery go?

surgery was done yesterday @ 1pm...currently on 2 percocets b/c it is pretty painful now....in a heavy duty sling for 6-8 wks...then ill be doing abs/legs only for 2 months & back to doing everything at 5-6 months. Dr said it went better than expected and will have full recovery.

How's everything healing?

it's getting better each week....i still can't raise my arm above my shoulder at all. i started physical therapy yesterday & they said in 4 wks i'll start to do very light dumbbell curls & things like that.... like 5lbs dumbbells lol. cant wait to get back in the gym though....right now i'm doing legs 3x p/wk.

Take it slow, brother. Don't push yourself.
