Same idea as the other private sale sites I've posted, this is a site run through (maybe by?) a partnership with the LA Times. In addition to the TR private sale they are currently having, they are running a big holiday sweepstakes. There are a bunch of weird brands for women that are also currently running, but I don't recognize any of those.
