Some of it, yes. But not all of it. There's a lot of the older stuff that I like a freaking ton and wish they would make again. But the 90's AF, from what I can tell (I never paid attention back then) was very, very boring in it's own right. I'm surprised they ever dug the company out of the ground with that crap.

Yeah I can't even begin to imagine what the advertising was like when they were trying to sell half these things...

Have you ever noticed the old marketing pics around the cashwraps and dressing rooms? Some of it is pretty hilarious. Mine has a pics with a bunch of guys in seriously short jorts jumping for a volleyball or something on the beach. Nothing but short denim shorts on. Vomitude. But I really like how they used to have the models in boots and big socks. That was the shit. Very 90's, as well.

They used to actually take pics of the models in the clothing back then, too. Although, they had more nudie pics at the same time. weird.

I can, it's not like they wore the clothes in the adverts back then.

I do remember seeing some pics like that on the few occasions I have actually been in an A&F store actually, but its not clear enough in my head for me to remember details. So how come they haven't replaced the old marketing??

I think it's kinda like for a nostalgia type thing really. They're just really small pictures, nothing major.

To find older pictures from the abercrombie website, you just have to change the numbers in the image's url. here is an example of an image url:

\

...then change the number "14630" to a different number such as "14631". This will bring up a new product. Smaller numbers will bring up older products, and larger numbers will bring up images of current items or items that are not yet available online/in-store. If you want to find pics of the same product, but in a different color, change the number "01" to another number, such as "02". \

(by the way, can somebody please add this to the FAQ if it isn't there already?)

That looks like the Ruehl Version last year. Except the Ruehl one might have been a little more "Vintage"
