I remember walking past the fountain at the Eatons centre and just thinking "Oh wow, we're actually getting one of those?!?!?" lol

But yeah, that's cool...it's actually right in front of Aeropostale I think.

Armani is actually quite reasonable. I got a reversible hoodie for 118, so it isn't bad if you think of it as 2 hoodies for 60 each. The tees I saw were around 50, jackets were all 145. Pretty similar pricing to Abercrombie, more stylish less casual clothing.

It is too bad the Abercrombie Kids is on such a ghetto floor of the mall, I can't stand going down there.

I almost freaked out when you said reasonable for those prices, but then I remembered you live in Canada and I was thinking USD. But yeah, things aren't too bad in there. It's gotten a bit of a guido rap around here but if you shop clearance you can find downright steals. They have nice sweaters that can be had for around $30 on sale.

I think it is funny how Americans see the higher prices in our clothing as a correlation to our dollar which for a long time was about 30% lower than the USD. Yet, when I am shopping, I am constantly thinking "Oh my god what a rip off, this is way cheaper in the states". It could be because I live within 2 hours of the border and the U.S. is very accessible for me, but I wonder if more rural Canadian places and non border towns think the same way.

As far as Guidoness, I think there definitely are those gaudy pieces that have been made strictly for the club, that are just splashed with A|X in random gold lettering, and cheesy dress shirts with the little corset ties at the neck. If you are a smart shopper and can avoid those items, they do have some really nicely cut fashion forward pieces.

The Eatons should have came before Sherway.

Seriously. I was in Quebec last spring and ended up in one of the shopping malls. The exchange rate was right at about 1-1 I think, and it was painful looking at stuff. One of the girls I met explained how her family often drives up to nine hours to buy almost all of their big purchases- TVs, Cars, anything, in the states because it's worth the money saved. It's total bullshit you guys have to spend more on the same stuff just because you live a little ways north.
