1.) Take it and put it in the SHOWER and turn it on the hottest it'll go.
2.) Leave it in there for 30 minutes WITH the head still on--NO BATHS!!
3.) Take out.
4.) Let DRY FLAT AND MAKE SURE YOU RE-SHAPE IT(!!!!!!) for 8 hours.
5.) Put it in the DRYER (TRUST ME, IT WORKS) for the rest of the way on HIGH HEAT until it is dry.
6.) It will come out shrunken slightly smaller than you, and it will be SO FUZZY and SOFT.
7.) Shave it, if needed, with a sweater shaver.
8.) Wear it, it will stretch out from being slightly smaller to you to being exactly your own perfect, CUSTOM SIZE!!!!

I'm not sure how much they get paid, but instead of a regular 30% discount, their regular one is 40%. You also have to work at least 50 hours a week.

If I wear a medium t shirt at American Eagle what size t shirt should I get from abercrombie (I don't have a store near me, so I am just guessing and testing from the online shop). Also 31/32 jeans the same everywhere or should I get a different size given that I wear 31/32 from AE?

I am about 5'9", male, and relatively skinny.. the AE are low rise but I have heard from people here that abercrombie things are all sized very strangely so I just want to check first.
